Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a sandcastle lesson! Your payment includes a $20 non-refundable booking fee. You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours ahead of time with no penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If the class cannot proceed because of poor weather, we will attempt to reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, you will not be charged, or will be refunded in full, minus the $20 booking fee. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting small businesses!
